This darling girl with chubby cheeks was born on 11/23/2005. She has a round little head and puckered little lips. She often smiles when her name is called out. This young baby’s visual development is delayed due to hydrocephalus. Her physical development is rather delayed also. Caregivers at the care center are carefully watching over her health.
